We have collectively forgotten the ways of the ancients, the value of our Earth connection and the vastness of mystery that is ours to discover. In a world that requires us to disconnect from our roots, our bodies, and the rhythms of nature, there is a calling for women to return to the source of our power

the Sacred Feminine.

By aligning with the Wheel of the Year, we honour our natural cycles, our intuition, and the ancient wisdom of Celtic traditions that celebrate the profound connection between women and Her Wilds...Nature.

Sitting together in sacred circle, we can weave the ways of the ancients with our own innate knowledge and create a blanket of deep wisdom to pass on to future generations. We need not learn...we need only to remember.

May you awaken
to the wisdom of the Ancients
etched into your bones,
swimming in your tears,
buoyed upon your breath.
Your ancestors behind you,
the warriors and the healers,
walking you to the dawn,
singing your name to the sun.
Speak their stories into the light,
Weave your truth into the day,
She is elated that you have remembered
and welcomes you home to yourself.

The Wheel of the Year is an ancient and profound way for women to tune into the cycles of nature, reflecting the cyclical nature of our own bodies and lives. The eight Sabbats (Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Litha, Lughnassadh, Mabon, Samhain, Yule) offer opportunities to pause, reflect, and honour key moments in the year—each one an invitation to align with a deeper rhythm, a rhythm that flows through us as women.

Our ancestors lived their lives intricately woven with the cycles of Nature; exploring the thresholds between the Seasons and creating beautiful customs, stories, ritual and song to celebrate and honour these times. These are reflected in the Wheel of the Year: a foundation for understanding the changing nature of the Earth, and the way in which we are aligned with these changes. The wisdom of the Wheel reminds us that death and life yield to one another again and again...there is no beginning and no end.

By honouring the Wheel of the Year within us, we begin to understand our own Wholeness, how balance is found within as we attune ourselves to the cycles of the natural world, each other and the Earth.

Observing the 8 sacred days (four Quarter days that mark changes in the sky, and four Cross-quarter days that celebrate changes in the land) which mark the Wheel of the Year, we tune deeply to this foundational cycle and begin to work in congruence with the natural flow of life on Mother Earth. As we mark these sacred times we connect with our human experience with Nature and the gap closes between these. We see Earth in ourselves and care for both more deeply.

Building Sisterhood and Collective Power

One of the greatest gifts in walking this path is the community of women who walk beside you. In a world where women are often isolated or pit against each other, aligning with the Sacred Feminine invites us into sisterhood—a powerful collective that amplifies our voices and strengthens our individual and collective healing. Create or join a circle of women who gather to honour the Sabbats, share rituals, and support one anther's growth. This connection is a vital part of our empowerment.

The Call to Align with the Sacred Feminine

The Sacred Feminine is not something that exists outside of us; it is a force that lives within every woman. As we align with the rhythm of the Wheel of the Year and engage in rituals that honour our cyclical nature, we reconnect with our power, our intuition, and our deep wisdom. This is not just about spirituality—it is about reclaiming our place in the world, honouring our bodies, and embracing the fullness of who we are as women. Step into the sacred. Align with the cycles of nature. And watch as you transform into the powerful woman you were always meant to be.

Using Forest Medicine to Swim in the Sacred

Psilocybin, a naturally occurring compound found in certain mushrooms, has long been used by indigenous cultures as a tool for spiritual exploration and connection to the sacred. When ingested, psilocybin can induce altered states of consciousness that allow individuals to transcend ordinary reality, often leading to profound experiences of unity, interconnectedness, and insight. This sacred medicine facilitates encounters with divine or sacred realms, where the boundaries between self and the universe dissolve, revealing a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. Through visions, personal revelations, or a renewed understanding of life’s interconnectedness, this medicine reveals what lay beyond our mortal eyes, and shows us the path to love, healing and evolution, fostering a deeper connection to the divine and the mysteries of existence.

I revere Deborah Hollins as she embodies the integrity of what she speaks and evokes at the Wheel of the Year gatherings and Samhain retreats. Through sacred ceremonies, guided journeys, facilitated creativity, circle practice, and ancient wisdom teachings, Deborah weaves the web with incredible skill. I'm grateful for her healing guidance, wisdom teachings, and masterful facilitation, and have already signed up to continue my spiritual journey as the wheel turns. - Gaileen Flaman (WOTY 2024/25 Participant)

The Wheel of the Year mentorship program has been one of the most nourishing, inspiring, and genuine community building experiences that I have had the privilege to be a part of.  Incredibly rich with the teachings of the Wheel of the Year, this program has encouraged me to deepen my relationship with land, lineage, community and Self.  I highly recommend this program to those desiring to deepen their relationship with land-based practices and personal spiritual practices.  Deborah's skill in weaving teachings, guided experiential exercises, ritual and ceremony is exceptional and the amount of support from her and her team throughout the program creates such an environment of safety, connection and trust that is not common to come by.  A truly beautiful offering, there is much to gain from saying 'yes' to this experience.  ~ Tany Sirtonski, Holistic Psychotherapist (WOTY 2024/25 Participant)

This highly experiential program takes us back to our indigenous roots…and for me, having been colonized so long ago, I hear faint whispers of remembrance.  Worth every moment to be in the powerful presence of Deborah Hollins. She invites the reclaiming of your inherent knowing and connection to earth and sky with grace and love. Definitely recommend this immersion, no matter who your ancestors. Bíodh sé amhlaidh! (May it be so in Celtic) - Tricia Willow Bowler (WOTY 2024/25 Participant)

The wisdom teachings of the grandmothers have become personal to me and I thank Deborah for making them accessible and enriching.  I trust her to teach me the ways of Spirit, the Celtic Wheel of the Year and spiritual protocols.  She has encouraged and guided me to create deepending relationships with my Sacred Familiar and my well ancestors. - Kim Leduc, Body Worker (WOTY 2024/25 Apprentice & Participant)
