there are words within
and pleas and visions
of God and you.
Quiet does not diminish
the bigness or the urgency
of my reaching breath,
seeking a heart to hold my hand.
Consider my whispers…
for as you turn your ear to hear,
you will find a gentle breeze
that moves across your face
drying any tears
like a warmly blown kiss
that you would otherwise
miss.
